About Us Healthcare Plus Homemakers is a trusted home care agency proudly serving communities throughout Illinois . We specialize in providing high-quality in-home care to individuals with disabilities and seniors. Our team is dedicated to improving lives - one visit at a time. We provide a wide range of essential in-home services, including: Bathing, dressing, and grooming Light housekeeping and laundry Meal preparation Accompanying clients to medical appointments Other necessary daily assistance to support independence and well-being What You'll Do Caregiver Floater Responsibilities: Provide direct in-home care to clients Fill in for call-offs and open shifts at various locations Support individuals with daily living tasks, hygiene, meals, and companionship Requirements Caregiving or home healthcare experience required High School Diploma/GED required Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Willing to travel (up to 120 miles - mileage reimbursed) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bilingual skills are a plus (not required) Why Join Healthcare Plus Homemakers? $19.00/hour pay rate Mileage reimbursement Benefits eligibility Opportunity for growth and leadership Work that truly makes a difference in your community Apply Now!
