Job Description Job Description Production Supervisor (3rd shift) $70-100K Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing 3rd shift over night $70-90K Base salary relocation available for folks over 50 miles away from plant Position Overview The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This position plays a critical role in coordinating production schedules, training personnel, and implementing best practices to optimize productivity. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities and staff to ensure efficient operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team. Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resources. Monitor product quality and implement corrective measures as needed to maintain standards. Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements. Track and report on production metrics and performance indicators. Qualifications Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes. Experience with production scheduling and resource management. Excellent leadership and training skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
