Sales Consultant, youll go beyond the sale to become a trusted
partner in your customers success. Youll deliver value through
expert knowledge, exceptional service, and a commitment to helping
each customer find the most efficient and profitable equipment
solutions for their operation. Promote and sell construction
equipment, as well as after-sales programs & offers; parts;
service; and precision solutions offered by Swiderski Equipment
Build strong, lasting customer relationships based on respect,
integrity, and professionalism Understand each customers business
and deliver innovative solutions tailored to their needs Provide
quotes, follow up on leads, and respond with urgency and purpose
Represent the Swiderski brand with professionalism and pride What

equipment (ag knowledge is a plus) Clean driving record and valid
drivers license Willingness to work extended hours during busy
seasons Sales experience and industry knowledge are highly valued.
