Good Feet Arch Supports.Your Role:As a Full-Time Sales Manager at
Good Feet Midwest, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and
exceeding performance expectations. You'll focus on maximizing
sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. If you have
a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills,
and a passion for enhancing people's well-being, join our team and

Responsibilities:Coordinate store operations to achieve sales and
profit goalsCoach and develop team members to exceed performance
expectations and take on new rolesMonitor store metrics to motivate
staff to exceed sales and productivity goalsMotivate and inspire
employees, leading by exampleEnsure an exceptional customer
experienceRecruit, interview, hire, and onboard top talentManage
store operations, including POS transactions and inventory
controlResolve customer concernsCultivate a premium employer image
in your marketWhat We're Looking For:2+ years of retail/sales
experience1+ years of Leadership & Management experienceProven
ability to create a culture of accountability and dedication to
excellenceMotivational skills in a deadline-driven
environmentAnalytical and critical thinking abilityExceptional
customer service skillsStrong written and verbal
communicationUnderstanding of financial statements and budget
managementQuick learner with strong organizational skillsAbility to
balance attention to detail with swift executionSupervisory
Responsibilities: This position has direct supervisory
responsibilities.Working Hours (5 days a week):Weekdays: 10 AM - 6
PM.Saturdays: 9 AM - 5 PM.Sundays: 12 PM - 4 PM.Saturday contests
and lunch incentives.Physical Qualifications:--Ability to lift up
to 50 pounds on a weekly basisAbility to reach overhead into the
back of shelving units to maintain inventoryAbility to work
