We're searching for a sales superstar to help grow our business
in the market. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of prior
sales experience and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. The
Sales Representative will identify potential customer leads, cold
call, gain appointments and execute a sales funnel process through

assigned territory, accounts, or verticals to satisfy all customer
staffing needsEngage with local branch teams to ensure that our
customers' orders are filled with the talent they needAssist local
Branch Managers with penetration and retention selling for existing
customersCloses orders and ensure proper documentation is
completeEnsures sales growth through aggressive market strategies
and account development. Hit sales targets in both revenue and
profitabilityMaintain the customer relationship throughout the
sales process and during service deliveryBuild and utilize sales
funnels along with tracking to help with reporting.Maintain
customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle, where you
will be the single point of contactMaintain a high level of
visibility and communication with the customer to help ensure we're
providing exceptional customer serviceForecast business on a
rolling six-month cycle and manage the GAP between forecast and
targetEmbrace the Counselor Sales Process (CSP) as a selling

table:3+ years related sales experience; Bachelor's, associate
degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience and
functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources
regulationsWill have managed a sales portfolio of at least $2.5M
per annum and sales experience in one or more blue collar vertical
marketsAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts,
draw valid conclusions, and make decisions along with calculating
figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, and
percentagesAbility to identify and delivery on key business
prioritiesProcess driven with a systematic approach to improving
salesStrong on execution with a level of ownership and
accountability and ability to work autonomously to deliver on
stretch targetsAbility to inspire trust and confidence through
sound judgement and leadershipCollaborative style that encourages
participation and inspires high performanceStrong communication
skills and the gift of persuasion. Ensures all channels of
communication are leveraged to drive seamless results and to build
strong relationships - both internally and externallyBilingual
language skills a plusProficient in using MS Office, Excel and
PowerPointThe salary for this position is anticipated to range
between $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year plus incentive. This range
is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for
the position, including experience, training, and other
considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when
making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and
geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and
internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in
the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will
generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An
employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where
prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we
