PURPOSE
This is a multifaceted position combining Sales Support and Administrative duties

• Provides window, exterior door and service support to the outside and inside sales team including administrative support and/or customer service
• Provides accurate and timely quotes to the outside sales team, members of the inside sales team and/or to customers.
• Office Administration Duties as assigned, including but not limited to general AR/AP, cash reconciliation, expense reconciliation, maintaining office supplies, filing, managing incoming phone calls
• Efficiently enters Quotes and Orders into ERP
• Monitors scheduled shipping dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite, as needed. Investigates customer complaints or concerns.
• Handles phone calls and emails from customers or vendors and provides requested information, or refers to the appropriate team member, in a timely and efficient manner. Generally answers questions regarding topics such as pricing, availability, delivery, backorders, specifications, returns, credits and order placements
• Investigates customer complaints or concerns and relays them to others on the team as needed. Assists in investigating and resolving the issue within company guidelines, or escalates as necessary
• Cross train to efficiently serve as back-up to other team members, including Outside/Inside Sales and OperationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  General accounting knowledge; basic understanding of building materials/construction; previous experience in a sales environment; proficient with basic technology; excels at organization, attention to detail, and personal initiative
  
  EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  Required: HS Diploma or GED
