Salary: $70k - 90k per year + noneReference: S_127722DIRECT HIREON-SITE/Traveling - Baraboo, WI office - Baraboo area market$70-90K Base Salary (Not commission) (Some flexibility based on experience)This is an awesome opportunity to join a well-established 70-year-old Plastics Molding Manufacturer, and become the newest member of their sales team. They are a 200M dollar business with both domestic and international clients. Both plants have a combined total of 400-ish employees. This role will focus on account management and business development for the Baraboo and Wisconsin region. This position is responsible for sales of Custom Molding/Contract Manufacturing products.Responsibilities:Become adept with our manufacturing capabilities and servicesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with sourcing influencers at existing and prospective customersAssess and understand customer requirements and present the appropriate Flambeau services to secure new businessIdentify, pursue and close new business opportunities that align with Flambeau's volume, price and profit objectivesPerform "Account Manager" responsibilities for designated accountsProvide direction as needed on existing programs and oversee the internal cross-functional execution of new programsDevelop and execute account strategies to manage and optimize relationships, revenue and profitMaintain a professional and disciplined approach to executing all responsibilities of the positionQualifications:Bachelor's degree Business or Engineering, or related field preferred.Will consider appropriate combination of education and related experiencePrefer minimum 2 years of similar experience in custom molding / contract manufacturingTalented candidates with successful experience in the following functions within the custom molding industry will also be considered:Program/project management, NPD engineering, tooling engineering, customer service, quality engineerERP system experience (IQMS/Delmia is a definite plus)CRM system experienceUnderstanding of ISO quality system standards and protocolsProficient in developing and closing long (12+months) sales cyclesHighly effective in building customer and colleague relationshipsWilling and available to travel as needed to develop and maintain customersPlease apply for further information & immediate consideration!Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
