Job Description The Holiday Inn Madison at the American Center is now accepting applications for Full & Part-time Guest Service Representatives . Ideal candidate will have flexibility to work 7a - 3p and 3p - 11 p shifts any days including weekends. Job Description: This position requires a motivated, dependable, and detailed-oriented individual with good computer skills, who can multi-task and demonstrate a guest-focused attitude while responding quickly to guest needs. Our team members are positive individuals who know how to exceed guest expectations while maintaining an exceptional level of hospitality and professionalism.
