SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be completing teller transactions, including cashing checks, processing deposits, and withdrawals. You will also create a difference in the lives of our customers every single day by providing them financial guidance. This will allow customers to make informed decisions about their financial needs. Skills & Attributes NeededTo be successful in your banking career the following skills and attributes are needed:

• Problem solve basic math errorsQualificationsIdeal candidates will possess most or all the following qualifications:
  • Accurately perform document imaging, indexing and quality control.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and in person.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of bank products and services to actively identify customer needs and refer customers to appropriate personnel, if needed.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to travel to neighboring offices for staffing coverage upon request.
