REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONS - WISCONSIN RESIDENTS
Job Description :
Responsible for connecting with Medicaid members over the phone and
resolving issues on their Medicaid Management Information System.
They will be resolving issues such as availability, price
dissatisfaction, product safety issues, and complaints regarding an
authorized dealer or channel. These issues that get resolved
typically lead to helping their members get covered which makes a
huge difference in their life.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service role-any industry works
- Ability to navigate the internet or use any type of
- WPM 40+Hours : Flexible to work from 8am-6pm. (specific shift
assigned after training)
