An outgoing person who is comfortable on the phone, writing emails, accurately doing loan documents, tracking numbers and promoting him or herself with our vehicles on social media will likely succeed.A day in the life includes, but is not limited to, the following:* Professionally greet new and existing customers in person and by phone, text and email to determine their needs.* Work with customers seeking financing in a discreet and responsible manner. Assist them to complete all aspects to acquire credit.* Maintain knowledge of the entire inventory of Easton Motors vehicles, and work to match price and vehicle options with customer needs and budget.* Learn and apply Easton Motors sales training processes, and possess adequate knowledge to complete a customer sales transaction.* Work with the Team to establish leads, develop relationships, and create a strong referral network.* Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage tasks and assignments.* Maintain cleanliness of store and lot inventory, and move vehicles on the lot to present a positive curb appeal for potential and existing customers.* Dedicate time to develop the Sales Assistant into the next generation of Sales.* Create Facebook posts and videos about our vehicles and promotions.* Handle the activities and interactions throughout the day with a positive mindset.Team Easton employees act with honesty and empathy while presenting themselves with a positive attitude. They see problems as opportunities to make things better.* Must be available Saturdays. * Must have a current driver's license.* An MVR check and background check will be conducted.
