A company is looking for a Sr. AVP of Insurance Data & BI
Expert.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end analytics and AI engagements for insurance clients,
ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Architect and oversee complex data pipelines, data warehousing, BI
dashboards, and AI/ML models
Manage client relationships and serve as a key point of contact for
senior stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction with analytics
solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics,
Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field;
advanced degree preferred
10 - 15 years of experience in data analytics, focusing on
insurance analytics, with expertise in the Property & Casualty
(P&C) domain
Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Spark, and cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Proven experience in managing and developing high-performance
teams
Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, and
experience with Generative AI and MLOps
