compassionate, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
therapy to families impacted by autism. We have four founding

families, children, and team.Role: Behavior Technicians are the
most vital clinical members who deliver 1:1 treatment for our
clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA). RBTs use ABA techniques to teach a variety of skills such
as functional communication, social skills, coping strategies, and

HolidaysResponsibilities:Provide direct services to clients
following completion of training, when appropriate, for a minimum
of 80% of hours per weekUp to 20% of hours will be spent on session
notes and other administrative activitiesImplement written
individualized protocols for each client as assignedImplement
individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBAParticipate and
meet competencies within trainingsImplement behavior management
strategiesCollect data on client behavior as detailed in written
protocols and enter in electronic data collection system within
organizational expectationsEnsure a creative, safe, and productive
environment to promote client successProvide direct 1 on 1 and/or
group services to individuals receiving ABA services under the
supervision of a BCBAImplement and effectively receive and respond
to feedbackRegularly review Supervision log and complete by the 5th
of the following monthWork collaboratively with supervisors and
peersPrepare client and center materialsClean and complete
organizational tasks as assignedSupport relationships and
communicate with clients and caregivers, speaking only within the
scope of an RBT roleParticipate and collaborate in team meetings
and trainingsRespond effectively and safely in high stress
situationsAttend regularly scheduled sessions consistently and in
accordance with Mindcolor's attendance policy for consistency in
client service deliveryRequirements:RequirementsHigh School Diploma
or equivalentRBT Certification obtained within first 90 days (Must
take and pass the RBT certification exam within 90 days of
hire)Experience working with childrenExperience working with
children with behavioral concerns or developmental disabilities
(preferred)Active Adult and Child CPR First Aid/Certification
(Recommend to be obtained prior to start date or no later than 30
business days after initial start date)Experience utilizing
technological systems, such as Word, Excel or other data collection
systemsAdheres to and is familiar with RBT Ethics CodeDemonstrates
excellent written and verbal communication skillsDependable and
reliableExcellent time management skillsSupports and contributes to
collaborative team environmentUnderstands and supports
organizational policies and proceduresPassion for working with
childrenMust have reliable transportation to and from the

collaborative manner at all times, across all scenariosPrimary
language of communication in this role is EnglishAbility to support
