Welding skills in non-standard situations on varying materials is a plus.*Demonstrate diagnostic & troubleshooting competency relating to equipment repairs. Must be able to anticipate and evaluate problems and situations to draw logical conclusion to make successful repairs.*Utilize sound judgement and the ability to make logical decisions in support of business demands.*Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain composure and react professionally during periodsx of stress.*Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.*Basic PC skills in a Windows environment (Outlook, Word, Excel)*Have knowledge of applicable US DOT rules and regulations.*Valid driver's license required-prefer Class A Commercial Drivers' License.*Ability to stand, walk, sit and lift up to 100 lbs.*Must pass Back/Lift test.by Jobble
