Job Description:BRAKEBUSH TRANSPORTATION HAS AN OPENING FOR AMAINTENANCE TECH REEFER EXPERIENCE PREFERREDEXCELLENT PAY BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCECall . 1-800-981-1967 ext 3203Home NightlyTraining ProvidedPerform preventative maintenance on tractors and trailers including reefer unitsIdentify, diagnose, and resolve issues on heavy duty trucks, trailers and reefer unitsDetermine most effective methods for repair based on current informationEnsure proper documentationPerform other duties as assignedJob Requirements:*Relevant experience in mechanical or related field repairs involving Class 8 vehicles preferred. Welding skills in non-standard situations on varying materials is a plus.*Demonstrate diagnostic & troubleshooting competency relating to equipment repairs. Must be able to anticipate and evaluate problems and situations to draw logical conclusion to make successful repairs.*Utilize sound judgement and the ability to make logical decisions in support of business demands.*Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain composure and react professionally during periodsx of stress.*Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.*Basic PC skills in a Windows environment (Outlook, Word, Excel)*Have knowledge of applicable US DOT rules and regulations.*Valid driver's license required-prefer Class A Commercial Drivers' License.*Ability to stand, walk, sit and lift up to 100 lbs.*Must pass Back/Lift test.by Jobble
