Staff Management - SMX is looking for an individual with great attention to detail to join our team as a Production Associate. This is a Temp to Hire position starting off at $18.00/hour with benefits. Overtime and weekends will be required if needed. Send over your resume so that we can get you started!. • Operate high speed production equipment.
• Complete all paperwork and computer data entries accurately and timely.
• Occasional use of microscope and gauges for quality checks.
• Understand and demonstrate safe work practices at all times.
• Demonstrate high levels of good housekeeping practices.
• Changeover/set-up equipment as needed for different product types.. Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED. Work Location: Energizer, Portage, WI 53901. Job Types: Assembly, Machine Operator, Machine Packaging, Manufacturing, Production. Industry: Miscellaneous.The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $18.03 - $22.54 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
