growing team.Job DetailsJob Details:We are currently seeking a
highly skilled, dedicated, and enthusiastic Permanent Carpenter
with a passion for the construction industry. Our ideal candidate
should have a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and
principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to interpret
blueprints and execute them accurately. This role offers a unique
opportunity to bring your multi-skilled carpentry expertise to a
dynamic and growing team, where you will play a crucial role in
shaping the landscapes of our various construction
projects.Responsibilities:As a Permanent Carpenter, your day-to-day
tasks will include:1. Reading and interpreting blueprints,
sketches, and building plans to meet client specifications.2.
Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other
materials.3. Constructing wooden structures such as framework,
floors, and walls.4. Inspecting and replacing damaged framework or
other structures and fixtures.5. Collaborating with architects,
construction crew, and interior designers to ensure the project
meets the desired outcome.6. Observing all safety procedures and
protocols to ensure a secure working environment.7. Maintaining and
managing carpentry tools and equipment.8. Instructing and directing
laborers and other construction helpers.Qualifications:To be
successful in this role, you'll need the following:1. A minimum of
2 years of experience as a Carpenter in the construction
industry.2. Proven experience in multi-skilled carpentry.3.
Proficiency in using manual and electrical carpentry tools.4.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.5.
Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of
installation and construction.6. Proficient in using electrical and
manual equipment and measurement tools.7. Strong working knowledge
of job site safety, as well as the ability to complete a
company-specific safety orientation.8. High school diploma or
equivalent; successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship
program is required.9. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a
strong eye for detail.10. Good physical condition and endurance,
with the ability to lift heavy loads and work in diverse weather
