Job Description:

A company is looking for a Growth Analyst.
Responsibilities:

Support growth marketing and product functions by analyzing and utilizing company data to drive performance across acquisition, engagement, and retention
Create and maintain reporting and dashboards, collaborate with other analysts on one-off projects, and define data management practices
Analyze marketing and product performance, provide strategic insights, and suggest optimizations

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in an analytics role or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree in data science, statistics, or related field
Expertise in SQL, ETLs, A/B test design, and e-commerce conversion funnels
Experience with visualization and reporting tools like Looker, Hive, Mode, etc
Knowledge of marketing attribution, Python/R, D2C/subscription business models, and statistical modeling is a plus
