Supply Chain Planner
Who you are
You have the passion and ability to proactively develop and maintain planning activities across a variety of assigned locations. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
You have experience developing and maintaining daily/weekly tactical schedules. You have evaluated and monitored inventory positions related to expected demand and market conditions.
You have experience utilizing production plans to assist with outside warehousing and materials management.
You have coordinated necessary adjustments to production schedules to ensure minimal disruption to meet customer expectations and minimize resultant costs.
You have the experience to evaluate plant capacity utilization and provide knowledge of production events and staffing change opportunities to optimize profitability and asset utilization.
You enjoy analyzing, managing projects, supporting or leading planning and decision-making systems for the Operations/Supply Chain team.
You will need to provide weekend coverage, as needed and have the ability to travel to our plant locations.
You have an Associate s degree in a related field. You have a minimum of three to five years
job-related experience.

What you will own
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for tactical aspects of production planning for assigned locations, optimizing total supply chain costs, and maximizing customer service levels in accordance with company policies and procedures.
You will analyze and interpret general business information. You have a strong aptitude for writing reports and business correspondence.
You will present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendors, customers, and other employees of the organization.
You will use statistical problem-solving skills to forecast future sales potential and calculate figures and amounts such as yields, formulas, proportions, and percentages.
You will define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and interpret a variety of technical instructions.

What you can expect
40-hour work week and a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in our beautiful new office in Middleton, Wisconsin.
Up to 10% travel will be required.
