Overview

JOB OBJECTIVE: Responsible for carrying out all duties related to the daily operations of the Warehouse, which includes; Receiving, Inventory and Shipping Departments.

External US

SPECIFIC, JOB-RELATED SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be flexible and be able to complete multitasks which will include, but are not limited to:

Understanding global logistics strategies and shipping products worldwide under challenging shipping conditions involving multiple temperatures and complex regulatory regulationsReceiving materials in ERP system, traceability labeling, and preparing the materials for QA inspectionUtilizing ERP system to manage and maintain inventory in multiple locationsPhysical interaction with inventory for distribution and management including transfer between storage areas or buildings, supporting cycling counting, and provision of materials to internal groupsADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS/ ROLES:

Operating carrier shipping softwareParticipating in department and company meetingsOrdering supplies, as requiredWorking overtime when deemed necessaryMonitor cold storage and provide solutions if there is equipment failureQUALIFICATIONS:

One to two years' experience in Logistics related departmentExcellent communication skillsAble to work individually or as a teamPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Two plus year's experience in Logistics related departmentHazardous Materials DOT/IATA certificationExperience with Microsoft Office or Google software and SAPPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Able to work with hazardous materials (i.e. chemicals, electrical equipment) without endangering oneself or othersAble to work at computer for extended periods of timeAble to occasionally lift 50 pounds
