Leading privately held specialty food manufacturing company has asked us to find a Maintenance Manager who will play a critical role within their manufacturing plant, by supporting the production team to drive production while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Must have a proven track record of cost savings accomplishments with "thick skin" and significant ability to lead, develop, mentor and communicate with line level supervisors, managers and the ability to collaborate and hold your ground as part of the leadership team. Total compensation package being offered will likely be in the $125K - $135K + 10% Bonus and an excellent benefits package. "Our client is committed to hiring top talent and there may be some flexibility on the compensation package for the right individual." A Successful Leadership Background: --- Four-year college degree. --- Several years maintenance / engineering leadership in a food, beverage, or similar manufacturing environment. --- Working knowledge of TPM, SQF, HAACP, CAPEX and KPIs at the site. --- Knowledge of air compressors, motors, pneumatic systems, conveyors, and production machines. --- Ability to develop and train cross-functional engagement and collaboration. --- Knowledge of OSHA, Safety and EPA regulatory requirements. --- Prior experience in a refrigerated / freezer facility, a plus.
