Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build product and operate all equipment necessary in the assembly process.
  • Interpret/translate prints, process sheets, training documents, and other documents related to production and/or company needs.
  • Assist and interpret the training of procedures and quality standards for new assemblers, ensuring that they are properly trained. Will assist in the re-training of assemblers as needed. Training includes, but is not limited to the following:
    • Performing first piece inspections as well as quality checks accompanied by the required paperwork.
    • Identifying parts and operating all equipment used in the assembly process.
    • Identifying and properly tagging rejected parts
    • Setting up equipment or machines and performing simple adjustments
    • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality while interpreting for Supervisors and Human Resources in the administration of performance reviews, discipline, onboarding, etc.
    • Demonstrate ability to work successfully in a team-based environment that heavily emphasizes quality, performance, cross-training, and accountability.
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment. Above is a list of the most important responsibilities and functions, which are essential to the position. Qualifications
      • Education: High school education/GED, or experience in related field. Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
        • Experience translating a plus.
        • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
