Summary of ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the system, workflow, various manual rules and guidelines set forth by West Bend to fulfil service level standards. Be proficient in various coverage parts and types of business. Produce high volume of work, while maintaining consistency and top quality. May review and process final audits. Adapt to and support continual changes in technology.Preferred Experience and Skills

1-2 years of insurance related experience
Mathematical skills
Data entry skills
Knowledge of personal computers
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Interpersonal skills
Organizational and time management skillsPreferred Education and Training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Associate in General Insurance Designation
