Kforce has a client in Middleton, WI that is seeking a Dynamics CRM Analyst.

Summary:
The Dynamics CRM Analyst will build and maintain scalable, robust, and dynamic systems and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365, within the Customer Service and Sales modules. This role will also help deliver application solutions that meet operational objectives and strategic business initiatives by working with other areas of the organization. The Dynamics CRM Analyst is responsible for application management and configuration along with primary technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Document business requirements using standard templates in a simple and concise manner, and create workflow templates to streamline processes and increase efficiency
  
• Facilitate detailed requirement gathering interviews and team meetings, employing professional interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy and empathy
  
• Lead requirement validation activities to confirm proposed solutions will meet team needs
  
• Develop and provide input to implementation project plans for new features and workflows
  
• Configure and maintain workflows and interactions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution
  
• Write and execute test plans to validate features and workflows during initial implementation and for new features and functionality from our solution provider
  
• Work closely with internal team members to proactively identify trends and potential issues
  
• Advocate and participate as the subject matter expert in continuous improvement projects involving multiple teams
  
• Manage reporting and analytics to determine which new features and workflows to prioritize
  
• Partner with Project Management and other areas of the organization to navigate dependencies and shift priorities or critical paths as they relate to Microsoft Dynamics 365
  
• Deliver training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related systems and provide first-tier support for internal team members with questions or issues
