Essential Functions Start new custom project drawings Make changes to existing plans Help create 3D renderings Keep error rate on plans next to 0% After training period, collaborate with teamand check their work for possible errors Work effectively on the team and help create solutions Ability to work on several different projects daily. Education, Experience, and Skills Required SoftPlan 2018/2020 knowledge/experience (preferred) 1 year of drafting experience and AA in Residential Design or Architectural technology (preferred) May consider applicants who have equivalent education or hands-on work experience General knowledge/experience working with residential drafting software (Revit, Chief Architect, etc.) Residential Construction Engineer Skills are a bonus If you are a Residential Construction Engineer, please don't hesitate to apply.
