Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position scheduled to typically work Monday
through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Applicants hired into this position can work from either Illinois
or Wisconsin and will have a hybrid in-office and remote work
location. Details will be discussed during the interview
process.

We are seeking a dedicated and focusedApplications Associate
Analyst / Applications Analyst - Radiology/Radiant to:
Lead the design and optimization of workflows, system
configuration, change documentation, and support of clinical
operations.
Have excellent communication skills in sharing information with
users within the department and organization.
Have a good understanding of technical infrastructure when
applicable such as networking, data interfaces, and server
administration.
Provide consultative IS advice to departmental and organizational
leadership and guide other employees within the department.

Education:
Minimum -
Associate degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business,
Health Administration, Engineering, or related field
Two (2) years of relevant experience and education may be
considered in lieu of degree
Preferred - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare,
Information Technology, Business, Health Administration,
Engineering, or related field
Work Experience:
Minimum - Demonstrated success learning new technologies, tools,
and platforms
Preferred -
Demonstrated success in design, development, configuration,
support, and adoption of small to medium to scale solutions.
Demonstrated success applying critical thinking to identify
problems and opportunities.
Demonstrated success teaching and mentoring.
Licenses and Certifications:
Preferred -
Vendor (e.g. Epic, Oracle, other) certifications as relevant for
the position, per department guidelines
CPHIMS, PMP, ITIL
