Job Description Inventory- Inventory Associate summary The inventory associate isresponsible for working with vendors to coordinate returns, participating inweekly cycle counts, working cross functionally with sales, service and productmanagement to move excess, obsolete and uncrated product. Essential functions: Ø Verifies the accuracy of receipts, transfer, etc., byconducting detail audits of the product inventory on a regular basis Ø Constantly monitors the movement of the inventory andidentifies if there are any shortages that are seen when compared with thephysical inventory data Ø Verifies the descriptions of various products, theircondition, amount, etc., and completes all the related paperwork. Ø Performs physical count of inventory. Ø Reconciles actual stock count tocomputer-generated reports. Ø Schedules transfers Ø Receives all inventory Requirements: Ø High School Diploma Ø Professional communication skills, Excellentinterpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ø Highly proficient in the MS Office Suite -Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ø Ability to work under pressure or deadlines andhandle multiple priorities Ø Ability to handle confidential and sensitiveinformation in an appropriate manner Ø Professional appearance and courteous manner Ø Attention to detail Ø Within established guidelines makes independentdecisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling own work Competencies: Ø Communication Ø Sense of Urgency Ø Decision Making Ø Organizational Skills Job Type Full-Time
