• Above market 401k match! Responsibilities of the Systems Administrator:
  • Respond to incoming support calls and emails related to specific systems i.e. Encompass, Optimal Blue, Servicing System (previous experience with these systems is a positive but not required.
  • Managed updates, upgrades, and availability of systems
  • Provide assistance to new customers - onboarding, troubleshooting, system set-ups, etc.
  • Manage vendor relationships and work with internal and external customers
  • Migrate User Data, Network, and Server Data
  • Troubleshoot/Remediate Hardware, Software, Network and Printing Issues
  • Facilitate New Device Configuration onto Client Networks
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery Support Preferred Experience:
    • Bachelor of Science - Computer Science, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Engineering, etc.
    • Lending/Loan/Financial Services industry experience
    • System and Network troubleshooting skills
