Job Description:
**Summary:** The Media Content Operations team enables
integrations with media industry supply chains and the Meta suite
of products and apps, and provides technical support for the
content. Our Broadcast Operations team is responsible for high
touch audio-visual support on top tier Live broadcasts.We are
seeking an individual who is passionate about Meta's products and
our mission, and is relentless in finding smarter, better, faster
ways of getting things done. The core responsibilities of this role
involve distributing technical support for Live broadcasts across
the Meta family of apps. This person will work with internal
stakeholders including Partnerships, Production, Product, and
Engineering to ensure Live broadcast operations support for Live
broadcast partners. This is a full-time position.The work hours for
this role will be 1pm-9pm (Monday - Friday) Pacific Standard
Time.**Required Skills:** Monitoring Analyst, Broadcast Operations
Responsibilities:1. Monitor top-tier live broadcasts to support
premier partners and troubleshoot/escalate issues as they arise2.
Work with technical analyst and engineering teams to communicate
issues3. Review, triage and investigate problems (root cause
analysis)4. Interface with scaled workforce to ensure events are
monitored with efficiency and accuracy5. Establish and maintain
strong cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders,
including Engineering, Ops, and Partnerships6. Manage key projects
independently from initiation through completion7. Set expectations
with all stakeholders and drive communication throughout the
process, outlining key deadlines and interdependencies, clarifying
business requirements and managing team and cross-functional
expectations8. Proactively identify risks in project execution and
mitigate risks effectively9. Define the scope, timelines and
resources needed to meet the project objectives10. Develop a deep
expertise of Meta's Live platform of products and how they are
being used across constituent groups11. Provide visibility to all
deliverables, timelines and issues frequent status updates to the
team and relevant partners12. Proactively seek feedback from
partners and team members to constantly improve process and
execution13. Accept/decline support requests**Minimum
Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications:14. 2+ years of experience
in a project/program management, management consulting, operations
or similar strategic space15. Experience at a studio, media
company, in post-production, social media, and/or at a video
platform16. Experience communication to both technical and business
audiences17. Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
and exhibit a thorough understanding of automated technology and
traditional broadcast technology18. Experience building
best-in-class program management capabilities to drive balanced
performance & operational excellence across the organization19.
Experience in conducting analyses, identifying insights and
communicating results to inform business decisions20. Experience
with surface project opportunities for future roadmaps and
influence leadership to gain buy-in/support21. Understanding of
live broadcast environment (i.e., switching and routing knowledge,
network monitoring/troubleshooting, etc.)22. Experience in
fast-paced and dynamic environments23. Experience working on a
