Description:
The Senior Superintendent manages the construction of healthcare or
senior living projects, valued at between $5M and $20M. This role
oversees the total construction effort to ensure a project is
constructed in accordance to design, budget, and schedule, and is
expected to effectively communicate and coordinate with internal
and external stakeholders. The Senior Superintendent may supervise
Assistant Superintendents and Superintendents, and is responsible
for oversight of subcontractors ensuring contract compliance.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or
Engineering or related field, or related field
Certifications and/or Licenses :
OSHA 30-Hour training
Obtained or Pursuing ASHE HCC certificate
ICRA certification
First Aid/CPR/AED certification
Relevant Experience & Training:
10 years' construction experience on healthcare or senior living
projects
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part
of a team
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a professional, creative, open office
environment with business casual attire. Hours of work will
generally be during regular business hours. There are occasions
where extra effort will be required to meet project deadlines.
Great flexibility in schedule is both required of you and returned
to you due to our many project deadlines.
100% travel required within the United States; this role is job
site based.

Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard,
mouse and other business machines.
Firm grasping is used when moving and lifting materials and when
operating hand and power tools.
Work will be performed in a combination of indoor and outdoor
activities. Constant exposure to low/high temperatures, humidity,
and sudden temperature changes, 66% or more
Frequent exposure to hazardous materials such as diesel fuel,
33%-65%
Successful completion of a physical assessment may be required.
