Fulfillment Manager (CFM)CLASSIFICATION: ExemptPOSITION SUMMARYThis
position is responsible for process development and governance
related to inventory management across the Foremost Farms network.
Key objectives are to maximize order fulfillment and customer
service at the lowest total cost of ownership. This position
provides a cross functional linkage between Operations, Supply
Chain and Sales Account Coordinators. The ability to think and
operate strategically, display creativity and innovation, influence
effectively across functional boundaries and focus on the needs of
the customer and the business are critical to success in the

- Optimize inventory levels across network to maximize customer
service and minimize exposure.
- Proactively identify and resolve order fulfillment issues,
serving as point of contact to commercial facing teams.
- Ensures supply chain has effective root cause problem solving
activities and successful identification of systemic issues and
- Assist in set up, maintenance and harmonization of master data
- Plan and execute data mining, data integration, trend analysis,
report development and custom analytics to create solutions for
supply chain management objectives.
- Audit inventory processes to ensure compliance and adherence
- Assist in process design and work simplification programs
related to supply chain network.
- Develop analytical frameworks that focus on core supply chain
- Lead physical inventories within Foremost network.
- Experience with ERP implementation a plus.
- Experience multitasking and pivoting throughout the day based
on prioritization changes.
- Occasional travel for work, up to 33% of the time.
- Other duties as assigned.REQUIRED COMPETENCIESThe following are

- Computer Skills: Knowledge/experience with Oracle and/or SAP
systems is preferable. Ability to operate all information
technology related business systems, programs and applications in a
manner that achieves efficiency, accuracy, and relevancy of
information processing and reporting as it applies to this
position. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook,
including the use of e-mail, calendar, task, and contact features,
in addition to Word. PowerPoint and Excel. Strong computer/data
analysis skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Power
Pivot, Access, SQL, Power BI, etc.
- Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents.
Ability to process routine reports and correspondences. Ability to
speak effectively to and communicate with employees and applicants
of the organization. Ability to effectively present information to
other employees of the organization. Requires excellent telephone
skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business
periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures. Ability
to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present complex information and respond to
inquiries from management and other employee and external groups.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and
divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common
fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and
