Experiences & Responsibilities:
A minimum of 2 years of professional work experience as business analyst, quality analyst, or
product owner on technology development (analytics and data management) projects.
-1+ year experience in a hands-on functional role supporting systems development, systems
implementation, quality assurance, or similar experience.
-Experience working under SDLC or other software-specific project management process, including
Agile/Scrum.

-Strong analytical skills. Synthesizes complex or diverse information; collects and researches data;
uses intuition and experience to complement data; designs workflows and procedures
-Infectious curiosity and learning mindset; independently identifies areas of competency
development and designs learning goals to achieve expertise
-Effective problem-solving skills. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and
analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem-solving
situations
-Knowledge of project management tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC) strongly
desired.
-Ability to effectively work with diverse constituencies
-Proven record of process improvement strategies and implementation
-Planning and organization & project management skills. Able to coordinate many different project
tasks (determines relative importance of each; prioritizes and plans work activities; sets appropriate
deadlines to complete activities accordingly); effectively manages time and resources; sets goals
and objectives
-Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to lead groups to consensus within defined
timeframes
-Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR/Finance/Student ERP back-end data structures highly desirable
-Demonstrated expertise in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and
PowerPoint) required
-Demonstrated expertise in enterprise data analysis and query tools: e.g., Tableau, TOAD, OBIEE,
Cognos, PowerBI, Hadoop, R/Python
