Dining and Culinary Services has locations in six buildings throughout campus including Markets, Convenience Stores, Catering, and Coffeehouses. Dining and Culinary Services provides affordable and innovative dining options to residents, guests, and staff. Under the general supervision of the Dining and Culinary Services Ordering Manager, this position is responsible for receiving all deliveries of food and general supplies, distributing items following predetermined procedures, and storing of food and materials. Monitor and print computer generated daily reports. Place orders, maintain stock levels and update assigned storage locations of each item in the computer system. Maintain receiving and storage areas both within the building dock area and surrounding outside areas. This position provides support and assists as needed in the implementation of plans and procedures in the event of an emergency.
