We are looking for a new internal team member to join our Service Center team during this exciting time of growth.
Overview and Responsibilities of the Service Center Operations Supervisor
Your work at Bluetree will focus on day-to-day supervision of our Service Center Specialists. As this will be a working supervisory role, you'll also spend time in the Service Center fielding calls each day. The Service Center Operations Supervisor reports directly to the Service Center Manager. The Service Center Operations Supervisor will work out of our Madison, WI-based Service Center. Supervisory duties include:

  • Manage Service Center Specialists and ensures service levels are met or exceeded
  • Establish efficient and balanced workflows that produce high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Make recommendations for changes to products or services based on customer feedback and requests Operational duties include:
    • Answer and resolve Service Center calls daily.
    • Hire, train, and prepare Service Center Specialists to respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services
    • Ensure specialists understand and comply with all Service Center objectives, performance standards, and policies
    • Monitor and evaluate specialist performance, provide learning or coaching opportunities, and take corrective action as needed
    • Identify operational processes for improvement and devising those improvements
    • Prepare reports and analyze data to assist manager and director in determining service center goals
    • On-Call responsibilities for shifts where there is not a supervisor present. Process/project duties include:
      • Ensure that project and team milestones are met
      • Adhere to approved budgets
        • Ability to write and execute ServiceNow test scripts Required Qualifications
          • A minimum of two years of supervisory experience to include strong people management skills and proven experience managing staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
          • Knowledge of customer service and service center department processes and best practices
          • Knowledge of telephony systems
          • Knowledge of workforce management practices
          • Work experience with an emphasis on reporting and data analysis Desired Qualifications
            • Working knowledge of the Epic system, obtained through earning Epic credentials or certification or working with Epic operationally
            • If no prior experience with Epic, the ability to become certified within three months
            • ITIL Foundations Certification
