Technologist for a travel job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.Job
Description & Requirements
Job Summary:Prepares for and assists physician in all procedures
done in the Cardiovascular Lab. Other duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:-Supports the policies and procedures of FMLH
and division of patient care services with a special emphasis
placed on the needs of the patient undergoing invasive testing in
the Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology Labs.-Collects, documents,
records and calculates pertinent patient data.-Assist physician
with all diagnostic and interventional procedures.-Prepares and
instructs patients pre and post procedure. Developing communication
skills with all customers internal and external.-Performs basic
radiologic functions including acquiring, processing, and storing
digital images, basic equipment troubleshooting and radiation
safety. Able to complete Safety Event reports for advanced
exposure.-Under the direct supervision of MD:
Synchronous/asynchronous defibrillation; medication preparation
including accurate labeling contents within syringes.-Maintains a
clean and orderly patient care environment & sterile
field.-Familiar with basic diagnostic and procedural supplies along
with location within the procedure rooms, core room and
carts.-Accurate scanning of Space Trax for supplies.Access

shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with
