Complete Care has partnered with DailyPay, a voluntary benefit to offer employees access to their pay on their own schedule.Now Hiring:Full-Time (RN) Registered Nurse Unit ManagerResponsibilities (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager : - Assess the unique needs of each patient to determine appropriate treatment plans - Educate patients and families on best practices to promote healing and wellness - Track treatments and patient progress according to HIPAA guidelines - Coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure smooth recovery process - Supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care. - Conduct nursing rounds on all each unit multiple times throughout the shift. - Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members. - Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines. - Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.Qualifications of (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager:Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a hospital setting, Nursing Home or related facilty.Ability to work independently or part of a group.Computer knowledge.Previous long term care experience is preferred but not requiredPrior experience in inpatient and palliative care (preferred)Prior experience managing staff is preferred.License:Must have an Active (RN) Registered Nurse license preferred.Nazareth Health and Rehab is an equal opportunity employer.Full-Time (RN) Registered Nurse Shift Manager#CC2024#LI-JP11/21/25
