Job SummarySpherion is seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery to produce high-quality products, monitoring equipment for any malfunctions, and performing routine maintenance. You will also be expected to follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment, collaborate with team members to meet production goals, and maintain accurate records of production data.Key Responsibilities
