• $1000 SIGN ON BONUS FULL-TIME RESIDENT ASSISTANT
• $500 SIGN ON BONUS PART-TIME RESIDENT ASSISTANT
  • $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
  • PM Shift Differential $1.50 / hour
  • NOC Shift Differential $1.00 / hour
  • Weekend Shift Differential $1.50 / hour - RESIDENT ASSISTANT BENEFITS:

    • 401k after one year of employment RESIDENT ASSISTANT ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Resident Assistant will perform and document resident cares and services according to ISP (Plan of Care) per policies
      • Report changes of conditions and variations of resident care to DON (Director of Nursing) -
      • Resident Assistant should respond promptly to all emergency response calls and take appropriate action
      • Facilitate activities on the weekends and in the evenings as required
      • Serve meals/feed residents during mealtimes as required
      • Perform cleaning and laundry duties as necessary
      • Fill in for open shifts as necessary
      • Resident Assistant will perform and document vital sign monitoring per ISP (Plan of Care)
      • Answer and respond to all resident calls/alarms
      • Resident Assistant will perform and document medication reminders or management per resident ISP (Plan of Care) and current training and delegations (Oral, Nasal, Topical, Transdermal, Ophthalmic, Vaginal, Rectal, Subcutaneous, etc.) - *A Complete Resident Assistant Job Description Provided Upon Hire*
