**OPEN HOUSE INTERVIEWS**

When: Thursday, 11/16/2023 - 10am - 5pm

Where: 3110 Kingsley Way, Madison, WI 53713

Bring a valid ID, Driver's License preferred. Come any time during those hours. No need to make an appointment.

Wisconsin Dells-3rd Shift, Part-Time, Sunday-Tuesday, 10pm - 7:30am

$16/hr

• Interior and Exterior Patrol of a large residential complex
• Check vacant units and service buildings
• Prepare accurate reports
• Help with night audits for guest service
• Dealing with maintenance issues (moving carts blocking doors, trash pick up moving, and notifying of trip hazards)
• Assist with Customer Service to guestsREQUIREMENTS:
  
  • Must be 21 years of age or older for a driving position
  • Must have Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record with reliable transportation
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prefer 1 year of security, LEO Experience, or prior Military Experience
  • All applicants must pass extensive background checks and pass a drug screen test.
  • Must have excellent customer service & communication skills and the ability to speak & write in fluent English.
  • Must be able to walk and stand entire shift, as the property is extremely large
  • Must be available to work OVERNIGHTS, WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS.
