Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the safety and integrity of both residential and commercial construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals,,, providing critical oversight and expertise.. Review and and examine residential and commercial building plans for compliance with ICC (International Code Council) codes and other relevant building standards and regulations.2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all plans adhere to the necessary codes codes and standards.3. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for changes to ensure compliance.4. Conduct site inspections to verify that construction work aligns with approved plans and codes.5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.6. Prepare and present reports detailing plan examination findings.7. Assist in the development of new procedures and policies related to plan examination and code compliance.8. Provide technical advice and guidance to construction teams and other stakeholders.Qualifications:1. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Plan Examiner, or in a related role within the construction industry.2. Certification as as a a Commercial and Residential Plan Examiner from the International Code Council (ICC).3. Extensive knowledge of ICC codes, as well as local, state, and federal building regulations and standards.4. Proven ability to to to review, interpret, and apply complex building plans and specifications..5. Excellent communication skills skills skills, with the ability to to to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of professionals.66. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify potential issues and provide provide provide practical solutions.7. Proficiency in using plan review software and other relevant technology.8.
