People Operations Generalist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist.
Responsibilities:

Own and deliver onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
Partner with cross-functional teams to complete employee lifecycle processes and provide HR support

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required
3+ years of HR/People Operations experience in a high-growth organization
Experience with onboarding program is strongly preferred
Experience with HR systems and supporting a geographically distributed workforce
Familiarity with best practices in office management
