Customer Support department.
Analyze development needs of the Customer Experience department
Coordinate and lead the creation, implementation, and management of
Quality Assurance and Performance programs
Oversee a team of Performance Support Specialists and Quality
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Leader or
related role in Customer Experience or operations
Strong knowledge of customer service operations and best
