Job Description:

A company is looking for a Team Lead CX Development for their Customer Support department.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze development needs of the Customer Experience department
Coordinate and lead the creation, implementation, and management of Quality Assurance and Performance programs
Oversee a team of Performance Support Specialists and Quality Assurance Specialists

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Leader or related role in Customer Experience or operations
Strong knowledge of customer service operations and best practices
Experience in designing and implementing evaluations and assessments
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
