Job Description:

A company is looking for a ROBS Onboarding Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities:

Guide clients through the process of launching their small business, including understanding business regulations and 401(k) plan adoption agreements
Build rapport with clients over the phone and through email
Collaborate with Sales team to provide client process updates and explain company products and services

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of customer relations experience
Passion for providing outstanding customer service
Experience managing multiple accounts
Ability to work in an autonomous environment and be a self-directed, independent worker
Must pass a background check and meet work from home requirements
