The successful candidate will be personable, work well in a collaborative environment, and will demonstrate true accountability as a valued member of the team.This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday, and works in a well-appointed, beautiful office designed to support a teaming culture buoyed by technology and well-defined processes.Duties:Create investment proposalsAccount opening, service requests and ongoing maintenanceTrack and closely follow asset movementsSupport the financial planning processKeep detailed notes of client correspondence and actionsOther general administrative duties as assignedExperience:2+ years administrative experience (required)2+ years financial services experience (required)Life and Health License, and Series 7 Registered (required)Proficient with investment trading systems and processesAdept with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and various softwaresFamiliarity with eMoney, Wealthscape, Envestnet, DocuSign and CRM (preferred)Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly detail-oriented with superior time management skillsWorks well under pressure and meets established objectives and deadlinesTeam player with the ability to adapt to changeWorks collaboratively and individuallyTakes initiativeProficient in use of computers and technologyBenefits:Access to Flex PlanDental and VIsionSTD/LTDLife InsurancePaid Time Off/SickPaid Holidays401(k)Bonus OpportunityPlease provide cover letter with salary requirements.
