Our IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access) Statement reflects our commitment to support transformative social change and to address structural inequities and oppression.Purpose of PositionThis position provides administrative support to the Loaned Executive (LE) Program and Resource Development Department at United Way of Dane County. This position will spend a significant amount of time arranging campaign material drop-offs/pick-ups, entering data, and corresponding with Loaned Executives. Additional responsibilities include organizing materials, assembling information packets, and distributing campaign materials. May include donor/account research as needed. Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and be able to lift 30 pounds is required. Application Deadline: Friday, June 2 5:00 pm Position reports to Director of Development Operations. Key Responsibilities* Run and provide weekly reports* Manage pick-ups/drop-offs of campaign materials and deliver to companies if needed* Update account and contact information in the organizational database* Manage multiple campaign projects simultaneously* Prepare physical and digital versions of Campaign materials * Process thank you and personalized letters* Produce personalized pledge forms* Keep materials/supplies on hand and organized* Assist Resource Development Operations Team as needed* Other duties as assigned Salary and Hours of Work* $18 per hour* Benefits are not included* Full time limited term; M-F, 8 am - 4:30 pm* Some remote work available Requirements Education* High school diploma or equivalent required* Some college preferred Experience* 1-2 years administrative experience is required* Experience in sales, marketing, or a fundraising environment is helpfulSkills Required* Must be organized * Able to prioritize workload and complete data entry for extended periods of time with high accuracy * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Attention to detail * Ability to handle multiple tasks * Ability to work independently at least 50% of the time* Valid driver's license and vehicle required Technical KnowledgeExperienced computer user familiar with data entry, databases and spreadsheets, ie Microsoft Office Suite. * Word * Excel* Mail Merge experience a plus* Teams United Way of Dane County Values:United Way's values serve as the foundation for the United Way network-wide talent management strategy and inform the essential abilities (skills, knowledge, behaviors) that United Way professionals must have to perform their jobs successfully.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: We provide opportunities for all people while working to change systemic and personal biases for equitable outcomes.
