Clack Corporation, a privately held company, established over 70 years ago is now hiring! We are a leading manufacturer and distributor of water treatment components and drinking water products, as well as specialized in custom blow molding products.We are looking for a Custodian to join our team! The start time can be flexible. Looking for someone that can start between 4am-6am preferrably. 8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday.Clack Corporation offers an extensive benefit package including competitive pay, health and dental insurance, company paid life insurance and short term disability, vacation, 401k, profit sharing, monthly bonus, flex spending and additional voluntary benefits.Summary: Provides cleaning services to production, warehouse, office, and cafeteria etc. Performs minor maintenance per instruction of SupervisorCleans and or restocks supplies for CE and CW restrooms, main entrances, shipping office, mezzanine, cafeteria, and BM production offices as scheduled. Stock soda and water in CE and CW training rooms.Maintains janitors' closets and supplies in good condition.Assures all fire exits are free of debris and/or snow from outside.Assists with emptying trash and cardboard dumpsters from production and warehouse.Operates compactor and calls for service as needed.Performs minor maintenance projects for CE and CW per instructions. (eg. painting, washing windows as needed, etc.)Operates floor scrubber and sweeper as needed.Monitors and serves as daily contact of food and beverage service vender.Reports to FM required maintenance or repair items noticed while on the job.Weekly inspection of AED's in each facility (3)Manage and order break room inventory of supplies.Performs other duties as assigned.Able to operate: forklift, company truck, power sweeper/scrubber, safely and efficiently.Able to physically lift a minimum of 40 pounds.Able to work independently to carry out daily work schedule.Driver's license and clean driving record.Flexible hours.Must adapt to changing weather conditions and work as assigned.Able to stand for extended periods of time.Exposure to chemicals and cleaning compounds.Trained in safe clean up of accidents for blood borne pathogen.Must observe safe work practices at all times.
