Here at Decker Supply Company, we are looking for a strong candidate to coordinate our Interstate Department Team. This unique job involves the building of large traffic signs that one typically sees hanging over the lanes or along the side of Highways and Interstates. The ideal candidate will coordinate the task for a team of two to three co-workers. Decker Supply is a family-owned company and has been a leader in the traffic sign manufacturing industry for almost 45 years located on the north side of Madison. We have a close team of about 12 employees, several of which having worked many years with our company. We recently celebrated the retirement of our shipping coordinator of 33 years with Decker Supply. We offer a very comfortable work environment with excellent 1st shift hours of Monday thru Thursday 7:30am-5pm and Friday 7:30am-11:30am for a 40-hour work week. We offer 401k AND an end of year profit sharing bonus. Health and Dental are also available. Paychecks are received weekly. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience.
