Job descriptionParent Educator Supervisor: Supervises a team of
Parent Educators and a Family Resource Center Aide in Sauk County.
Full-time, full-year position. Salary range is $39,000-$43,059.15
depending on education and experience. Excellent fringe benefit
package includes single or family Health, Dental, Vision, Life,
Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and Long-term Disability.
Retirement contribution after 3 years of service, personal days,
paid holidays, sick leave, and other benefits.Supervises Parent
Educators who provide home visitation services to pregnant mothers,
infants, toddlers and preschool age children. Responsible for home
visit observations and monthly mentoring sessions. Oversee the
planning of playgroups and parent activities. Monitors fidelity to
PAT (Parents as Teachers curriculum) and compliance with Head Start
performance standards. A degree in Early Childhood Education,
Family Services, Social Services or something similar is
