We are in search of someone who doesn't just love hanging out on a deck with family and friends, but is also interested in becoming an EXTERIOR SPECIALIST. Impress all your friends at your next barbecue with your insane knowledge and expertise about decking, siding, and shingles. Become part of the Drexel team and help clients complete their house with the perfect deck to go with it!

ABOUT THE ROLE
Assist with deck take offs for walk-in clients and Quarterbacks
Detail-oriented
Quoting and order entry for decking and stock products
Work directly with the builder/homeowner during product selections when possible.
Exterior Specialists become the go-to person for selections and descriptions of decking products that we sell to build trust and confidence with clients and walk-ins
Work closely with vendors and their representatives on training, builder conversation, service work and price negotiation.
Become an expert on competitor's product and specifically the differences between "us and them".
Be an all around team player by assisting with decking, roofing, siding, and other building material ordering
Ensure that service issues are addressed within 48 hours. "48 hour solution resolution"
Answer customer service phone calls and assist walk-in customers with a million dollar smile
As you grow in your role you will assist in training and motivating new team members
