**Description** **Business Change Advisor** _Location: Hybrid, 0-3
times in an office per month._ Responsible for assisting the
management within the business unit and the organization in
bridging the gap between the current and desired business
performance levels and balancing short-term business needs with
long-term perspectives on success to ensure that our change journey

an impact:** + Helps build and support the company's business
operations. + Communicates information from a variety of sources
with internal and external partners. + Promotes benefits of
function within team tools and workflows. **Minimum Requirements:**
+ Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 2 years related experience; or
any combination of education and experience, which would provide an
equivalent background. **Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and
Experiences:** + Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. +
Preferred advanced excel skills. + Preferred coding experience. For
candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations,
the salary* range for this specific position is $64,160 to
$115,488. Locations: National; California; Colorado; Nevada;
Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY
and Westchester County, NY In addition to your salary, Elevance
