• 401k after one year of employmentRESIDENT ASSISTANT ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Resident Assistant will perform and document resident cares and services according to ISP (Plan of Care) per policies
  • Report changes of conditions and variations of resident care to DON (Director of Nursing)
  • Respond promptly to all emergency response calls and take appropriate action
  • Resident Assistant will facilitate activities on the weekends and in the evenings as required
  • Serve meals/feed residents during mealtimes as required
  • Resident Assistant will perform cleaning and laundry duties as necessary
  • Fill in for open shifts as necessary
  • Perform and document vital sign monitoring per ISP (Plan of Care)
  • Resident Assistant will answer and respond to all resident calls/alarms
  • Perform and document medication reminders or management per resident ISP (Plan of Care) and current training and delegations (Oral, Nasal, Topical, Transdermal, Ophthalmic, Vaginal, Rectal, Subcutaneous, etc.) *A Complete Resident Assistant Job Description Provided Upon Hire* PI201966809
